Training

1. Training Course

Uni-Bros. organized a training course on safety construction for its workers in Vung Tau on 25 and 26 September 2009.

The training course aimed at providing safety skills for workers who are directly involved in construction execution.

Currently, awareness of labour safety of Vietnamese workers has not been appropriate. Therefore, training courses like this are essential to improve workers' awareness of role and importance of labour safety.

By organizing this practical training course, Uni-Bros. showed its attention to labour safety issue. Production efficiency, health and happiness of workers are only ensured when worker are safe.

At the end of training course, participants had to attend a quick test of labour safety in construction site. Participants who passed the test were granted the Certificate of course completion by the Company.
