13tr dong for Ha Long-Hai Phong expressway project

News - Hong Van Hotel Joint Stock Co and its partner, Hong Kong-based Trung Thiet Investment Group Co Ltd have lately submitted to Quang Ninh province People's Committee the proposal for carrying out Ha Long-Hai Phong Expressway project.
The investors have suggested carrying out the investment project under BOT (Building-Operating-Transferring) or BT (Building-Transferring) methods. At the same time, the local authority would set priority for investors for implementing the real estate projects to be sited along the expressway.
Ha Long-Hai Phong expressway project has total investment capital of 13 trillion dong, of which the investors' ownership capital counted for over 1 trillion dong.
