Accounting standards for small business issued

Laws - The Ministry of Finance issued Circular No 138/2011/TT-BTC on October 4, amending the accounting standards for small- and medium-sized enterprises included in Decision No 48/2006/QD-BTC of September 2006.
New provisions relate to Government bond transactions, unemployment insurance, budgeting for science and technology development and other areas.
The new circular takes effect on January 1, 2012.
