Bitexco to kick off construction on Ben Thanh Twin Towers in Q1

News - Bitexco Group’s general director, Vu Quang Bao, has recently said his group will start construction on Ben Thanh Twin Towers project in the first quarter of 2012.
As planned, the project will be completed and put into operation after 2015.
Ben Thanh Twin Towers will be built on an area of 8,592 square metres, total floor area of 138,256 sqm and total investment capital of $400 million.
The 55-storey twin towers will include 30 percent for condominium, 17 percent for hotel, 25 percent of retail space, 18 percent for office and 10 percent for basement.
Together with Ben Thanh Twin Towers, Bitexco will also invest in two large projects in district 1, HCM City, including Bitexco Financial Tower and Ma Lang trade-apartment complex.
