Construction on Khai Hoan Paradise project starts

News - K95 Joint Stock Co has lately started construction works on Khai Hoan Paradise project that was sited in Le Van Luong St, Nha Be Dist, HCM City.
The total investment capital for this project was posted at 1.5 trillion dong. Khai Hoan Paradise project was built in an area of 19,820 square metres, including three 27-storey apartment blocks with one basement.
There are over 800 apartments with areas ranging from 55-112 square metres.
The investor has proposed the offering price at about 14 million dong per square metre there.
