Cotec Group hooks up with Japanese real estate firm

ME - Cotec Group has just signed a co-investment agreement with Tama Home, one of Japan’s leading real estate enterprises.
Under the agreement, Tama Global Investment, a member of Tama Home, will purchase 20 per cent of Cotecland, a member of Cotec Group and become a strategic partner of Cotec Group in real estate investing.
Tama Home will transfer new building management and construction technologies to save costs, enhance quality and narrow the progress of developing property projects invested by Tama Home and Cotec Group.
Cotec Group’s chairman Dao Duc Nghia said: “Cooperating with the world leading real estate firms such Tama Home will help Cotec Group open a door to the global real estate market.”
Cotec Group is one of the leading real estate firms in Vietnam and developer of many large-scale property projects across the nation such Phu Gia, Phu Xuan new urban areas in Ho Chi Minh City, Hoi An Plaza, Phu Quoc Resort and Spa, Blue Sapphire Phan Thiet Resort, Blue Sapphire five-start resort in Ba Ria Vung Tau province and Truong Lam resort hospital in Hanoi.
