C.T Plaza Complex – A cultural multi-functional tower broke ground

ME/HCMC – At the invitation of C.T Group and Sai Gon Culture Corporation, in the morning of 29 November 2010, representatives of Uni-Bros. Group, Mrs. Phan Huong Giang – PR Manager of Uni-Bros. cum Executive Director of BigBigLans attended the break-ground ceremony of the cultural multi-functional tower named C.T Plaza at 369 Le Van Sy - Ward 12 – District 3.

Participants in the ceremony were leaders of HCMC departments and agencies (Department of Planning and Investment; Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism…), Chairman of People’s Committee of District 3, important partners as well as large clients of C.T Group.

The project has an area of more than 1,400m2, total construction area of more than 12,000 m2, two ground floors and 16 storey comprising a permanent residential area, a hotel, a convention center, a library, a bar – concert, 02 luxury restaurants, a spa, a swimming pool, an art gallery, a book reading café, a cinema, a trade center… that promise a convenient life.

The project is expected to wrap up in the beginning of 2012.
