Design and Build Contract signed with Long Binh Industrial Park (Sojitz)

ME/Biên Hòa - July 14, 2011 in Bien Hoa City, Loteco Industrial Park owner has signed a contract with Uni-Bros. E&C under Tu Hai Corporation (Uni-Bros.) for design and build of two rental factories in the Park.
Location of the project is at lot of Green Chemical Company, road No. 7 at Long Binh IZ – Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province.
The construction period is 120 days except design period and time for approving the design.
Long Binh Industrial Park (Loteco) is invested by Japanese giant investor Sojitz Logistics. The park accommodates several Japanese, Korean and Taiwanese factories. Long Binh Industrial Zone has advantage location on the two national roads of the country (National Road No 1A and No 51). It is 30 km away from Ho Chi Minh City and 45 km away from Tan Son Nhat airport.
Sojitz Corporation, is among leading trading corporations in Japan. Sojitz has been in Vietnam for 25 years since it was permitted by Vietnamese government to open Representative Office in Vietnam in 1986.
