Gov’t to consult business community on int’l trade agreements

Laws/Hanoi - Vietnamese business community is encouraged to comment on international trade agreements that Việt Nam plans to negotiate or join in, according to PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng’s newly-issued Decision 06/2012/QĐ-TTg.
Comments from business community will be collected via websites of the agencies responsible for negotiations.
These agencies are in charge of receiving, processing and researching the comments from the business community and responding to them.
Comments can also be sent to the Việt Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The consultation and assessment of comments are only be allowed after competent agencies decide to kick start feasibility study on such international trade agreements.
The PM’s Decision will take effect since March 15, 2012./.
