HCMC-Hanoi Express Railway Project

UB.News/Hanoi - Today Feburary 5, in consideration of a request by Vietnam Railway Authority and other ministerial ideas, the Prime Minister agreed on principle and appointed the Consultant Joint Venture of Vietnam and Japan led by the Transport Construction Joint Stock Corporation to carry out consultation for investment report of Hanoi-HCMC Express Railway project.
The Prime Minister also authorized minister of MOT to organize the appraisal and approval of this bid assignment in accordance with laws.
