Leaders of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province to visit and conduct survey on logistics in Germany

ME – Under the project plan on logistics development in 2011-2020 period of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, it is schedule that from 13 Feb 2012 to 17 Feb 2012, Ba Ria – Vung Tau People’s Committee will pay a working visit and conduct a survey on logistics in Germany.
According to the tentative schedule, Ba Ria – Vung Tau delegation will pay courtesy visit to major of Hamburg city, visit and work with authority of Hamburg port, enterprises operating in port and logistics in Hamburg and Bremen.
Germany locates in the center of Europe. It has the strategic location for companies that export goods to Europe. Germany has long coastal line and borders with 9 nations so it can be an easy and advantageous transmission point for exporting goods to countries in the Europe.
In 2010, Germany ranked the first among 155 countries regarding logistics capability by World Bank.
