LHG cooperates with Japanese group and HBI on Long Hau 4 project

ME - Long Hau Joint Stock Co (LHG) has recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hoa Binh Infrastructure Investment and Construction Joint Stock Co (HBI) and Japan-based Jesco Holdings Co whereby the signatories will jointly cooperate and carry out Long Hau 4 industrial zone project in Nhi Thanh commune, Thu Thua district in the southern province of Long An.
Of which, LHG contributed 49 percent stake, HBI made up 49 percent and Jesco Holdings with 2 percent stake and it plans to pour more capital in the near future.
Long Hau 4 industrial zone project has been approved since 2007 with a total area of 125 hectares. This will be a clean industrial zone with various industries.
Earlier, HBI also inaugurated the operating house for Long Hau 4 industrial zone in the first phase, covering an area of about 450 square metres and total investment capital of 4.3 billion dong from its basic construction capital source.
In October 2011, HBI announced to sell 67 floors of townhouses of residential area in the project.
