New regulation on investment credit and export lending promulgated

Laws - The government
recently issued Decree No 106/2008/ND-CP amending some contents of the
Decree No 151/2006/ND-CP dated on December 20, 2006 on investment and
export credit.
Under it, the investment lending rates in dong will be equal to the coupon rate of five year term G-bonds adding 1% per year against 0.5% pa of the Decree 151.
