Osaka enterprise delegation to visit and looking for investment opportunities in BR-VT

ME – According to Consulate General of Vietnam in Osaka, a business delegation including 30 people that most of them are leaders of small and medium enterprises in manufacturing industry, headed by Mr. Shigetake Sato, Chairman of Osaka Chamber of Industry and Commerce will visit and conduct a survey on investment opportunities in Vietnam from 23 February to 28 February 2012.
As scheduled, after working in Hanoi with central ministries and agencies, the delegation will visit and conduct a survey on investment opportunities in Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong City. The delegation will arrive Ba Ria – Vung Tau on 27 February for studying investment opportunities here.
It can be aware that more and more Japanese enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises are coming to Vietnam. With advantages in terms of geographical factor, transport infrastructure, development of seaport system, Ba Ria – Vung Tau has been an attractive destination for Japanese investors.
Currently, Ba Ria – Vung Tau has been preparing for the receipt of a new investment wave from Japan, especially in supporting and manufacturing industries. In 2011, 7 business delegations and organizations of Japan visited and worked in Ba Ria – Vung Tau, in which, many business delegations of Japan paid attention and expected to invest in supporting and manufacturing industries in the province. Ba Ria – Vung Tau province has a plan to develop an intensive industrial zone for Japanese investors.
