Plan on pre-IPO audit by BSC

PA – In order to step by step implement initial public offering (IPO) roadmap, Tu Hai Corporation is working with BIDV Securities Joint Stock Company (BSC) to conduct pre-IPO audit.

According to working plan with BSC on 22 and 23 November 2011, BSC will meet each in-charged person to collect information for audit works. The Board of Directors of Tu Hai Corporation would like to request relevant departments and individuals to seriously and positively provide the following documents to create favorable conditions for BSC to fulfill their works:

-    Business Registration Certificate
-    Company Charter (latest version)
-    List of shareholders
-    Company Organization Chart – functions and tasks of relevant departments.
-    Audited Financial Statement 2009 – 2010
-    Volume, selling price, turnover, gross income by list of product, by branch and  
     subsidiary in 2009, 2010, and 09 months of 2011
-    Charter capital increase plan in 2012 – 2014
-    Dividend policy over past years and in period 2012– 2014
-    Business plan, customer segment orientation, market, product in period 2012 – 2014
-    Maintenance policy and customer care service
-    Functions and business tasks of members (branch, agent, subsidiary) in current system
-    Product/ service quality control activities
-    Resolution of Management Board, Shareholder Meeting passing IPO plan.
