Projects worth from 15tr dong must report NA

Laws - Under the resolution draft offered by the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MoPI) on national key projects in Vietnam, all projects capitalised from 35 trillion dong using 30 percent of state capital or projects using 15 trillion dong of state capital will have to submit for National Assembly (NA)'s approval.
Accordingly, projects of electronuclear, oil and gas, fossil coal with capacity of from five million tonnes, will also have to report NA.
