Regulation on business valuation consultation organisations

UB.Laws/Hanoi - The Finance Ministry has issued a regulation on the selection and supervision of organisations providing business valuation consultation.
The regulation stipulates that foreign and domestic organisations must satisfy the Finance Ministry’s standards if they want to provide business valuation consultation services to equitised enterprises. These organisations include domestic and foreign audit and securities companies, business valuation firms and banks.The Finance Ministry will make public a list of eligible organisations on its website at http://www.mof.gov.vn/.
Foreign organisations who do not register for the list are only allowed to cooperate with a listed organisation in providing the service.
