UB.Laws - For convenience of individuals, enterprises joining investment activity in the province, recently, the Steering committee for administrative reform of the province coordinated Interdepartmental Squad acting as an advisor for the provincial Peoples Committee to instruct to form regulation on carrying out one door interdepartmental mechanism in field of investment outside the barrier and regulation on one door interdepartment of business registration rubber stamp engraving tax code issuance at Department of Planning and Investment.
At present, one door interdepartment in field of investment outside the barrier has been expedited, at first the regulation has been agreed and highly appreciated by enterprises, organizations, The Department of Planning and Investment is completing regulation one door interdepartment of business registration rubber stamp engraving tax code issuance and organized online business registration in order to create convenience for enterprises which have been operating in the province. It is estimated that this content will be completed by the fourth quarter 2007.
In the first five months of 2007, the Interdepartmental Squad received and solved 25 entanglements of thought, petitions from individuals, organizations and enterprises; they are mainly petitions and suggestions relating to policies, behaviours, attitude of States cadres, officers. All suggestions of enterprises are researched, classified within the jurisdiction to deal with, solve and answer seriously in accordance with the laws.
