Thanh Nam construction invests on trade centre and leasing offices

News - Thanh Nam Construction and Investment JSC (CSC)’s
management board passed investment on VP5 high - ranking trade centre and
offices for lease complex in Linh Dam Peninsula.
A Singaporean firm, Kyta Co, Ltd will design the 700
billion dong work.
As schedule, the firm will start work in next
quarter and finish after 3.5 years of construction.
At the same day, CSC announced inked another
contract with Broadcasting College No1 for the second school with 12.34 billion
dong at Lam Ha, Phu Ly, Ha Nam. The project covers 3,310 square metres with
five stories will be finished after 246 days of construction.
