The Investment Promotion Delegation visited and worked with Kansai Seaport Association.

ME/Osaka – On 27 October 2011, the Ba Ria – Vung Tau Delegation paid a visit and had a meeting with Osaka Seaport Association and visited a Logistics warehouse.

Mr. Masatoshi Kimura, General Secretary of the Association introduced to the Delegation about organization and activities of the Kansai Seaport Association. After that, the two sides exchanged informations in terms of management experience and operation model of a seaport association.

With potentials and advantages of seaport as well as the purpose to develop Ba Ria – Vung Tau seaport group to become a national general seaport group and an international gateway port of the country, Ba Ria Vung Tau would like to receive cooperation from the Kansai Seaport Association in field of seaport and logistics services in future.

After the meeting, the Delegation visited a logistics warehouse to learn advanced management and operation experiences of Japan.
