Uni-Bros. E&C awarded with design and build package of 02 plants in Long Binh Industrial Park (Loteco)

ME- On 22 June 2011, Uni-Bros. E&C received letter of intent from Sojitz Corporation for design and build contract of 02 plants in Long Binh Industrial Park (Loteco), Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai.

Sojitz Corporation, is one among 5 leading trading corporations in Japan. Sojitz also one of the first investors which was permitted by Vietnamese government to open Representative Office in Vietnam in 1986.

Sojitz Corporation and Thai Son Company established a joint venture that was Long Binh Industrial Park Development Company Ltd. (Loteco), working in industrial park infrastructure business at National Highway 15A, Long Binh, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai.

Long Binh Industrial Zone locates on the two national roads of the country (National Road No 1A and No 51). It is 30 km away from Ho Chi Minh City and 45 km away from Tan Son Nhat airport. The total area in the first phase is 100 hectares. 75% of the land is designed for export processing zone and industrial zone. It has great advantage in terms of transportation and production. With completed technical infrastructure of international standard, LOTECO can provide electricity, water supply and waste water treatment for its customers.

Construction work will start from 1 July 2011.
