Uni-Bros. sponsored desalination equipment to Brigade 125 of the Vietnam People's Navy

ME – On 26 April, at office of Tuoi Tre Newspaper, on the occasion of swearing brotherhood between Tuoi Tre Newspaper and Brigade 125 of the Vietnam People's Navy, Tu Hai Corporation (Uni-Bros.) sponsored desalination equipment with capacity of 50 liter/hour and value of 150 million VND to Brigade 125.

This is one among many social activities of Uni-Bros. in order to realize cooperation proposal on social works implementation between Uni-Bros. and Tuoi Tre Newspaper.

Fifty years ago, Mission 759, the precursor of the unmarked ship fleet (Brigade 125 of the Vietnam People’s Navy) was set up and tasked with shipping weapons, equipment and goods to the southern battlefield.

In 14 years, the forces conducted almost 2,000 trips, carrying around 80,000 people, more than 150,000 tonnes of weapons, and tens of thousands of goods items.
These operations helped maintain and develop the revolutionary war and contributed to the nation’s complete victory in 1975, gaining liberation for the South and national reunification.

In recent years, Uni-Bros. has carried out many significant social activities such as sponsoring scholarship for poor students with good performance, desalination equipment for DK 1 and co-hosting job fair for students, etc.
