VG PIPE to invest on Vietduc Legend City urban area

News - Vinh Phuc's People Committee agreed for
Vietnam Germany Steel Pipe Joint Stock Company (VG PIPE-coded VGS) as investor
of 64 hectares Vietduc Legend City urban area according to Decree No 2204/QD –
UBND on August 10.
The firm chooses one of three following companies:
Vietnam National Construction Consultants Corporation (VNCC), Joint venture of
Vietnam Engineering Construction Consultancy And Urban Planning JSC &
American Consultants Group Inc and Architects &Assogates for making detail
planning at 1/500 ratio.
The company announced to buy one million treasury
shares within a month starting August 25.
