Vietnam Ministry Adds Manganese Mines to Exploration Planning till 2015

LAWS - The Ministry of Industry and Trade has agreed to add three
manganese mines in Vietnam’s northern province of Tuyen Quang to the
national planning on exploring, processing and using these minerals
through 2015.
The areas comprise Na Phet mine with 58.17 ha, Khuon Tham mine
with 37.38 ha in Tan My and Phuc Son communes, and Thon Poi mine with
59.37 ha in Minh Quang commune, Chien Hoa district.
The mines will be explored and tapped during the 2010-2015 period.
