Vung Tau to attract more overseas Vietnamese

provincial authority is mapping out a policy to encourage overseas
Vietnamese to work in the province, especially in areas of science and
technology, education and consultation, officials said.
At January 3 meeting to review the Politburo’s three-year resolution to attract overseas Vietnamese back to their homeland, officials from Ba Ria-Vung Tau province said they would introduce preferential policies for returning expats.
Overseas Vietnamese have invested in some 62 projects in the province worth 90 million USD in areas such as aquaculture, seafood processing, oil and gas, tourism and software.-
